In the United Kingdom (UK), consumers in the older age groups tend to buy less promotional items on an impulse that eventually go to waste, according to the results of a recent study. Out of more than 10 thousand people polled for this study, more than one-third of those in the 25-34 age group said they often bought promotional items which ended up going to waste.
