First introduced in 2016 in the United States to cashless Amazon Go stores, the technology relies on computer vision, sensor fusion and deep learning to eliminate checkout lines. Not yet available in France, the source wanted to know if French consumers were keen on the new technology in France in 2019. Thus, from the sample questioned, 71 percent said that they were pleased by the new Amazon Go shopping services in France.
