The physical purchase remained the favorite mean to find new products and to rate their quality (78 percent), followed by brand websites or app visits (10 percent). In contrast, less consumers (20 percent) referred to the physical store for a recurring purchase. Retailer websites were the destination of choice for replenishment for 30 percent of the respondents.
