E-commerce: usefulness of features regarding delivery time options in France 2020

With increasing delivery method options and display features marked as important for French consumers in 2020, their expectancies regarding the information on the time it takes for the delivery to happen has increased as well. Depending on the deliverly method, the shipping time can vary: for almost 60 percent of the sample, being provided with the visibility of the precise delivery date is already a very useful measure. About half of the respondents were also satisfied with being able to choose a delivery time slot, while a quarter saw the click & collect within two hours as being useful.
