A survey conducted in the United States in June 2021, showed that the streaming service viewers who saw ads customized to their interests during a show were the most satisfied ones with their viewing experience. According to 54 percent of respondents, seeing a countdown clock during advertising also made the experience of watching that show more satisfying.
