Most used platforms for live shopping sessions in France 2023
According to a 2023 survey, social media platforms were the most used channels for live commerce in France, already embraced by six out of ten shoppers. Video streaming platforms ranked second, with more than half of respondents indicating their usage for this purpose. Livestreams directly on a seller's site trailed next, with 23 percent of respondents, followed by e-commerce platforms and seller's apps, respectively.
