UK: reasons for taking part in live commerce 2023

In the United Kingdom, the primary motivation for consumers to participate in live shopping events in 2023 was to purchase products online. Meanwhile, 32 percent of respondents utilized live commerce as a means for brand and/or product discovery, while 30 percent did so to find out about specific offers and discounts. Furthermore, a quarter of respondents indicated watching live stream shopping events solely for entertainment purposes.
