Main channels of new brand discovery in the U.S. Q3 2022
According to the global survey conducted in the third quarter of 2022, around 35 percent of internet users in the United States reported discovering new brands via search engines. Another 35 percent of the respondents came upon new brands through word-of-mouth recommendations from friends or family. Meanwhile, 32 percent of the users discovered new brands, products, and services on online retail websites.
