Online luxury purchases in Germany 2023, by product category

Clothing was the most sought-after luxury product category among German consumers when shopping online, with 20 percent of respondents stating their preference for it. Following closely behind was footwear, selected by 18 percent of survey respondents. Body care products (13 percent) and consumer electronics (12 percent) were also highly sought-after luxury products. Most respondents, however, reported that they had not made any luxury purchases online in the 12 months preceding the survey.
