The CTV streaming app with the highest reach in the U.S. was Netflix in the first half of 2023, at 62.9 percent. YouTube came second, followed by Hulu and Amazon Prime Video. Paramount+, Tubi, and native FAST apps showed the highest growth rates in household reach from the second half of 2022 to the first half of 2023.
