Consumer attitudes towards January sales in the United Kingdom (UK) 2015, by age

This statistic illustrates the share of consumers, by age, who agree that the best bargains can be found in the January sales in the United Kingdom. According to the survey (conducted in December 2015) younger consumers were more inclined to say that the best deals can be found in the January sales, with 45 percent of 18 to 34 year olds agreeing so, compared to 31 percent of 35 to 54 year olds and 22 percent of those aged 55 and over.
