This survey was aimed at assessing the performance of clothing retailers or brands at giving an individualized experience to their consumers in the United Kingdom (UK) in the year 2015. The majority of the surveyed population rated the retailers´ performance as "Good", amounting to 42 percent, while seven percent considered it being "very poor".
