The statistic presents the distribution of in-app advertising fraud attempts worldwide in 2016, by operating system. It was found that out of all fraudulent, nonhuman traffic measured on the source's platform, the majority of those ad fraud attempts were aimed at iPhone apps, with Android apps accounting for 39 percent of attempted fraud.
