This survey represents the reasoning behind customers choosing their favourite retailer in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2016. The most popular reason for choosing one retailer over another is better prices. 59.3 percent of the respondents claim that good prices are why they stick with their favourite retailer. 43.3 percent state that trust in the brand is their reasoning. For 36.7 percent, it is important that the retailer usually has the items they want in stock. The returns policy is important for 28.2 percent and good online customer reviews for 9 percent of the people.
