Major sources of foreign online orders in Russia 2020, by site

For roughly 60 percent of online retailers in Russia, cross-border sales were generated through personal websites or mobile apps in 2020. About 40 percent the respondent reported having received orders from abroad through Instagram. Wildberriers, the largest Russian online retailer, however, ranked lowest, being named by just three percent of the respondents.
