Reasons why Italian consumers prefer video ads over other ad types 2021
During a survey of consumers who own a smart TV or an internet TV device and watch a paid or free video streaming service in Italy during the second quarter of 2021, 48 percent of respondents said they liked video ads more than other ad types because they viewed video ads as being more engaging. This view was held by 60 percent of the Gen Z respondents, 42 percent of Millennials, and 55 percent of Boomers. Almost four out of 10 of all respondents said they preferred video ads because they found them to be more entertaining.
