Change in online sales according to retailers in Mexico 2020-2021
During a survey released in October 2021, nearly two-thirds (64 percent) of retailers surveyed in Mexico said their online sales had increased between 10 and 50 percent since January 2020. Although most retailers reported a growth in their e-commerce sales, just over two percent said they saw no increase, while nearly four percent said they had decreased.
