
Reasons for investing in hybrid marketing experiences worldwide 2021
According to a survey carried out in April 2021 among C-suite executives from global companies in the U.S., UK, France, Japan, and the Netherlands, 43 percent of respondents said they were investing in hybrid experiences to make offerings more innovative and to increase the personalization of their products and services. The goal of helping people feel more connected was cited by 40 percent of respondents, while 38 percent said they aimed to offer more inclusive experiences.
