Willingness to pay extra for fast delivery in Europe 2021, by country

Ensuring rapid delivery entails costs for online retailers. However, only one-third or fewer digital buyers would accept paying three euros extra for faster shipping, according to a survey conducted in Europe in 2021. While 34 percent of the online shoppers surveyed would be willing to do so in Norway and the United Kingdom, only 16 percent of Dutch respondents would tolerate the three-euro extra fee.
