France: drivers of online Christmas shopping 2021

In a 2021 study, approximately seven out of ten French shoppers said that if websites offered free shipping and returns, it would be a reason for them to increase their Christmas shopping online. In addition, for more than half (58 percent) of respondents, the guarantee of 24-hour delivery would also be a driver of online shopping for holiday gifts.
