Global consumers avoiding marketing emails from brands 2021
According to a survey conducted in September 2021 among consumers worldwide, more than four in 10 respondents often unsubscribe from brand emails. Around 35 percent of respondents mark emails for deletion by scanning the sender, while 34 percent of respondents mark emails by scanning subject lines. Only seven percent of the surveyed global consumers provide a fake email address to sign-up with brands in the first place.
