A survey among internet users in Mexico during the third quarter of 2022 found that finding information and researching how to do things were the most popular reasons for using the internet in the country. Approximately 71.6 and 67.7 percent of online audiences in Mexico used the internet for these activities respectively, followed by staying in touch with friends and family, and following news and current events, with 66.4 and 59.3 percent each.
