According to a survey among Vietnamese internet users conducted by Decision Lab, as of the second quarter of 2024, roughly nine percent of respondents from Gen Z confirmed using TikTok most often for online shopping. In the same survey, the share of Gen Y internet users shopping on TikTok was around 11 percent.
