During the most recent survey period, it was found that free two-day shipping was the most important factor for 78 percent of respondents. According to a further 8 percent, the second-most popular reason was unlimited instant streaming of movies and TV series.

A September 2015 survey found that 19 percent of users accessed the streaming service at least weekly.
