Amazon usage among independent businesses in the U.S. 2022

According to a January 2022 survey of U.S. independent brands selling on Amazon, 63 percent of responding brands stated that they used the platform because there was no true alternative to reach most online shoppers. In turn, 15 percent of respondents believed Amazon represented a great opportunity to grow their business.
