That year, improving company image and marketing products was the most common social media usage purpose. Especially accommodation and food services (96 percent), retail (95 percent) and information and communication companies (also 95 percent) reported this as a reason. Utilizing social media for recruiting purposes was the most common in the information and communication industry (77 percent), whereas retail companies were most likely to receive customer feedback via social media (86 percent).
