The share of regular e-shoppers purchasing beauty and health care products in Italy has increased 19 percent from 2017 to 2021, with the largest jump coming from 2018 to 2019. As of the survey period, 53 percent of the regular e-shoppers responding to the questionnaire reported that they purchased beauty and health care products online, a five percent rise from 2019.
