In Italy, the importance of efficient search engines and filters when buying online grew significantly from 2017 to 2022. According to the results of the survey, in 2017, the share of regular e-shoppers who reported that efficient search engines and filters were important was 78 percent. Four years later, the figure grew to 95 percent.
