Share of Instagram influencers in Russia in 2019, by number of followers
The study revealed that nearly 54 percent of Russian Instagram influencers had between 5 and 20 thousand followers. Referred to as micro-influencers, they represented the largest share of influencers on this social network in Russia. Accounts of mega-influencers and celebrities with over a million followers accounted for less than 0.2 percent of the total.
