YouTube content watching in Italy 2019, by gender
How often do Italians watch content on YouTube? A survey conducted in March/April 2019 revealed that more than half of the population watched some content at least once a day and only five percent on average would never or rarely do so. When we look at gender differences, it seemed that male individuals were more likely to spend more time on the platform. 62 percent of men, in fact, reported to watch content on YouTube at least once a day, compared to 49 percent of women. One third of male respondents declared to use YouTube several times a day.
