Leading YouTube channels in Sweden 2023, by number of subscribers

Tim Bergling, who was better known as Avicii, had the most subscribed YouTube channel in Sweden as of March 2023, with over 20 million people subscribed to the electronic musician’s channel. Second in the ranking was the DIY/beauty channel Narins Beauty was third with 13.8 million subscribers. The Panda channel ranked third, with 12.1 million subscribers.

According to a 2022 survey of internet users in Sweden, seven out of every 10 respondents reported using social networks such as YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat, this highlights the popularity of media-sharing platforms in the country.The number of YouTube users in Sweden is projected to increase by 10 percent, reaching approximately 6.5 million viewers in 2025.
 

Youngest generations in Sweden are all YouTube users

As of February 2022, children aged between eight and 11 in Sweden used YouTube mainly for watching entertaining and fun content. In 2022, around 56 percent of Swedish viewers who were born in the 2010s used YouTube on a daily basis, while 65 percent of viewers born in the 2000s watched content on the platform daily.
