In 2020, almost 70 percent of generation X internet users in Thailand read online news, articles, and e-books. This was followed by generation Y at 65.4 percent. The internet has become an essential part of Thai people's lifestyle of all ages. The number of internet users in Thailand was forecasted to reach almost 62 million by 2025.
