BeReal usage and attitude in the U.S. 2022, by gender
According to a survey of social media users in the United States conducted in July 2022, interest in the social media app BeReal was higher among women than men, with over seven in 10 male users reporting not having used the app and not being interested in it. Among women, 20 percent reported having not used the app yet but planning to do, while an additional 9 percent reported having used it already and having enjoyed the experience.
