Preferred online holiday shopping delivery method in the U.S. 2019-2023
A holiday shopping survey revealed that 85 percent of online shoppers in the United States preferred the home delivery option for their holiday gift orders in 2023. This figure is slightly up from the 80 percent of consumers who reported the same thing in the previous year. In comparison, in-store pickup for online orders was preferred by 43 percent of surveyed respondents.
