In 2018, video ads accounted for 25 percent of mobile advertising spending in Latin America, which amounted to 4.39 billion U.S. dollars. During a 2019 survey, nearly 90 percent of respondents from Latin America stated they streamed video content on their mobile devices at least weekly.
