Key department store operators' plans to change direct sales share in China for 2019

According to the survey conducted between November 2018 and January 2019, nearly 47 percent of the surveyed 90 key department store operators in China said they had plans to increase their direct sales business proportion in the next one year. Meanwhile, almost 44 percent of respondents intended to decrease their direct sales share.
