Means of collecting consumer data by key department store operators in China 2018

According to the survey conducted between November 2018 and January 2019, around 95.3 percent of the surveyed 90 key department store operators in China said they collected consumer data through membership cards or membership schemes. Overall, nearly 88 percent of respondents reported collecting consumer data and carrying out big data analysis.
