Impact of the coronavirus outbreak on musicians' income in Sweden 2020
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, a lot of music performances had to be cancelled to stop spreading the virus. It was estimated that a group or an artist in Sweden would lose an average income of over 178 thousand Swedish kronor for cancelled gigs in 2020. The total loss of income was expected to an amount of roughly 172 million kronor.
