Impact of the coronavirus outbreak on musicians' income in Sweden 2020

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, a lot of music performances had to be cancelled to stop spreading the virus. It was estimated that a group or an artist in Sweden would lose an average income of at least 55.5 thousand Swedish kronor for cancelled gigs in April and May 2020. The total loss of income was expected to amount between roughly 17.7 million and 23.9 million kronor for these months.
