Change in digital spending by U.S. shoppers since COVID-19 pandemic 2020

A May 2020 survey revealed that 65 percent of Gen Z shoppers in the United States had increased their digital spending since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Only 47 percent of Baby Boomer respondents stated that they had done the same.
