In fiscal 2024, Nike invested in advertisement campaigns to a total of nearly 4.3 billion U.S. dollars.
Many countries around the world are responsible for the production of footwear products, however, the unequivocal leader in terms of production numbers is China every single year. In 2022 alone, China produced approximately 13 billion pairs of shoes. With approximately two billion pairs produced, India stood in second place that year.
