Gender distribution of bonus payments in largest UK banks 2021, by gender

In two out of the five major banks in the United Kingdom in April 2021, a higher share of women than men had received a bonus pay. Barclays Bank UK plc had the highest share of women who had received a bonus, and this share was equal for male and female employees that year, which was 97 percent.
