In 2022, the median gender pay gap of the Santander UK group in the United Kingdom was reported at 31.3 percent. Distinguishing by entity, the largest median gender pay gap was recorded at Santander Consumer UK (26.6 percent). This meant that for every pound earned by the median male employee at the Santander Consumer UK, the median woman earned only 73.4 pence in 2022.
