Netflix's streaming leadership role staff in the U.S. 2020-2021, by ethnicity
The share of Black full-time streaming employees who held leadership roles at Netflix amounted to 13.3 percent in the United States in 2021, up from the share in 2020. By contrast, the share of white full-time streaming employees taking on leadership roles declined from over 56 percent to 54.3 percent in the same period.
