U.S. HBO Max quarterly app downloads 2020-2022
During the third quarter of 2022, the HBO Max mobile app amassed almost seven million downloads from users in the United States, down from the 12 million downloads it saw during the first quarter of 2022. HBO Max, which launched in the in May 2020, saw 43 million installs in its first year in the U.S. alone, surpassing services like Disney+ and Netflix.
