Share of companies using social media for brand image in Italy 2019

The use of social media among Italian companies to promote themselves and their products appeared not to be equally spread. While 82.8 percent of businesses in the accommodation sector used social media with this purpose, only 31 percent of firms in the energy and water utilities developed the company's image and the reputation of their products through social media platforms.
