Importance of social commerce features worldwide 2021
According to a 2021 survey, the possibility to easily return and receive refunds for products was considered the most relevant feature for a positive social commerce experience for 41 percent of respondents worldwide. Other attributes, such as clear product descriptions and images and a loyalty rewards system, were also considered fairly important.
