In-store technologies consumers think retailers should invest in the UK 2022
According to the findings of a survey conducted in the third quarter of 2022, 44 percent of UK consumers thought retailers should invest in frictionless payments in physical stores. Among other retail technologies UK consumers would wanted to see improved was virtual and augmented reality, with 18 percent of the survey respondents choosing this as a potential investment area for retailers.
