Effect of chatbot usage on B2B lead generation in the U.S. 2022
A survey in October 2022 in the United States, found out that 26 percent of business-to-business (B2B) marketers using chatbots in their marketing programs gained between ten and 20 percent more lead generation volumes. Another 25 percent said that they gained between five and ten percent increase in lead generation. An additional 15 percent of American B2B marketers stated that chatbots helped them increase their lead generation with more than 30 percent.
