Chatbot functions appealing to retail consumers mainland China and Hong Kong 2023
As of spring 2023, the most appealing chatbot function to consumers from mainland China and Hong Kong was searching for product information, such as product details, recommendations and comparisons, according to 46 percent of respondents in a survey. The second most attractive chatbot function was customization of offering, with 40 percent choosing that option.
