This statistic shows the share of consumers in Great Britain who switched their gas supplier in 2016, based on how frequently they use the Internet. Those who use the Internet more frequently have switched notably more than those who use the internet infrequently. Six percent of the respondents who do not use the Internet switched their supplier in 2016.
